On March 23, 2006, we received more spam from another site owned or controlled by Robert Afshar. This time it came from TaxCompromise.com which is tied to Taxdeal.com. This is a clear violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 7701, et seq., Public Law No. 108-187, was S.877 of the 108th Congress) as we have notified Mr. Afshar to take us off his email list on multiple occasions. Here's the bottom line. Stay away from any business tied to Robert Afshar as he is a spammer and you should never do business with this cretin.

The ties from TaxCompromise.com to TaxDeal.com and TheTaxSite.com are as plain as day. On March 27, 2006, a simple click on Tax Compromise.com showed mention of TaxDeal. When you went to TaxDeal.com you find links to tax attorneys in all fifty states. When you click there, you find links to TheTaxSite.com.

As recently as March 10, 2005 we received spam from TheTaxSite.com, which is owned by Robert Afshar. Over the past few years we personally received many pieces of spam from TheTaxSite.com. From looking at TheTaxSite.com one could only conclude that TheTaxSite.com represents taxpayers, but that is not true. In fact, all TheTaxSite.com does is sell leads. TheTaxSite.com is controlled by Robert Afshar who makes his home in the San Francisco area. Robert Afshar owns a number of sites including LeadClick.com and LegalResource.com. We strongly advise that you not do business with spammers like Robert Afshar and TheTaxSite.com or any of the businesses controlled by Mr. Afshar.
